I have heard many of my coworkers talk about this place and how good it is. I tried to go once but I went on a Thursday when they were closed after 5pm. Well, I finally went and tried the ubbe filled pastries (forgot what it was) and I got the lemongrass pork sandwich. The bread was crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. I prefer my sandwiches with extra spread but that's just me. The veggies were delicious and next time I will ask for extras. Next time I will get the one with the fried egg. A lot of my coworkers order ahead and just pay at pick up but I like to order at the location. They have a small dining area but it's very clean. They have a table full of pastries and bread. On the other side of the room they have a fridge of drinks for sale. The staff and friendly and I will for sure be back.

The two young people at the counter were pleasant and patient with me when asking about all the banh mi options. The sandwiches are huge for $5.50. The inside has a few tables but this seems more like a carry out or quick bite establishment. Needless to say I was very satisfied with the food and the service.

This by far the best French bakery with a wide selection of affordable bakery goods in the Arlington/Fort Worth area. I went there for a banh mi which was on a freshly made bread with crispy outside and very soft inside. It was delicious. Before leaving, I purchased several pastries, and they too were excellent. The Pate So is the best I've had in years. It's a small cozy bakery with four tables and very contemporary with bright. simple, clean design. The staff are very friendly. A high recommendation for them. I will return soon.

Omg!!! Finally a fresh French Bread Bakery near where I stay... I'm so glad some mommies on DFW had recommended this place. Walking into this establishment, the smell of baking bread makes my stomach hungry. The place is very clean and cute with glass shelves of all sorts of bakery. They also have a wooden table to the left of the entry where more bakery is displayed as well. Their Vietnamese press coffee with extra condensed milk. This is my favorite coffee to wake me up in the mornings. Their French bread is nice and crispy loaded with my favorite veggies & meat! Their strawberry cream cheese croissant. It was a big hit as well. The flakiness and moist of the croissant, filled with strawberry & cream cheese. I highly recommend this place and can't want to come back and try other items as well!

Highly recommend this family owned business. Everything is always fresh and yummy. Come early in the day! I always load up with Pate So whenever I come to this area. I wish there was one within McKinney. I'd be there all the time.
